Jessica Alba in Gold Hawk

Let us go back. Back, back, back in time… three months. Back to a time where Jessica Alba was only a few months pregnant. A time when she could still fit into non-maternity clothes.

“I used to dress more like a tomboy,” Jessica tells us of pre-pregnancy fashion. “Jeans, sneakers, t-shirts… whatever I could get away with. But now nothing fits! My tummy is like ‘whoop’” [gestures a bump]. “The jeans have to have that panel and the t-shirts are all stretched in the wrong places. My shoes are too small… everything is so different.” You would never know it by looking at her. She is dressed casual-chic in a paper silk and sequined mini-dress by Gold Hawk (”I think it used to be a dress and I turned it into a shirt”), skinny jeans (”I made my regular skinny jeans into maternity jeans”), and patent yellow Marc by Marc Jacobs flats.

Gold Hawk designer Michele Dahan is pleased with how Jessica wears her dress. “Jessica has great style! Her dress over jeans look is perfect and layering with silk is always a wonderful way to make a woman feel sexy.”

With the third trimester upon her, Jessica is “all about cashmere sweaters and leggings.”
